- Merchant Name: All financial transactions, including credit card, debit card, UPI, and net banking payments, are processed by our parent legal entity, Glycem Food Products.
- Payment Confirmation: Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive a digital receipt from Glycem Food Products via our payment gateway partner and an order confirmation from Fresh Express.
- Statement Appearance: Please note that your bank statement or credit card bill will show the charge under the name “GLYCEM FOOD PRODUCTS” or “GLYCEM FOODS” and not “Fresh Express.”
- Dispute Resolution: For any billing-related queries or payment failures, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback, as the transaction is tied to our registered business license for Glycem Food Products.
